When the guide appears
Riikee may invite you to begin after it has recorded a meaningful completed Writing Session and your recent rhythm suggests that you are building a habit or returning after time away. Starting the guide is always your choice.
The guide adapts its prompts to whether you are beginning or returning. You can also review its status in Settings → Writing.
What advances a day
A completed Writing Session with at least 90 seconds of active writing advances one step. Only one step can be completed on the same local calendar date, even if you write in several sessions.
Skipped days do not erase progress. A deliberate break pauses the guide without resetting it.
Review and continue
After day 7, Riikee shows a short review of your writing days, active minutes, words written, and usual writing time. Acknowledge the review when you are ready to continue.
After 14 writing days, choose a rhythm that suits what you learned: daily, three days a week, or flexible. The guide records progress and session metadata; it does not make a separate copy of your article text.
